Privacy Policy

Fritzen Violin Studio respects the privacy of students, prospective students, and visitors to this website. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected through the site, how it is used, and the services involved in processing it.

Information You Provide

When you submit the Start Your Study Inquiry form, you may provide information including your name, email address, country or time zone, musical background, study goals, availability, preferred study format, and any additional information you choose to include.

This information is used to review your inquiry, understand your musical background and study needs, respond to you, and, where appropriate, discuss the possibility of beginning lessons with the Studio.

Technical Information

When a form is submitted, the website may also record limited technical information associated with the submission, including:

  • IP address;
  • browser;
  • device or operating system;
  • page from which the form was submitted;
  • date and time of submission.

This information is used primarily for the technical administration, security, and proper functioning of the inquiry system.

Form Submissions

Form submissions are processed through Fluent Forms and stored within the WordPress database used by this website.

The information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, maintain relevant communication records, administer ongoing study where applicable, and meet legitimate operational or legal requirements.

Information that is no longer necessary may be deleted.

Email Communication

When you submit an inquiry, the information you provide is also transmitted by email so that the Studio can review and respond to your message.

Email delivery is handled through Google Workspace / Gmail, using FluentSMTP as the website’s email delivery system.

FluentSMTP may temporarily retain email logs containing message information for troubleshooting and delivery reporting. These logs are currently configured to be automatically deleted after 14 days.

Messages received through Gmail may remain in the Studio’s email account for as long as reasonably necessary for correspondence, administration, and record-keeping.

This website is built with WordPress and hosted through Hostinger.

As part of normal web hosting and security operations, hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses, server requests, timestamps, and related diagnostic data necessary to operate, secure, and maintain the website.

Cookies and Analytics

The public-facing website is not currently configured to use Google Analytics or other advertising or behavioral analytics services.

WordPress, the hosting infrastructure, or administrative features may use strictly technical cookies where necessary for functions such as authentication, website administration, security, or session management.

If analytics, advertising tools, or other non-essential cookie-based services are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

External Media and Embedded Content

The website is not currently configured to load video content through third-party platforms such as YouTube or Vimeo on the pages tested.

If third-party embedded content is introduced in the future, those services may process information according to their own privacy practices, and this policy will be updated where appropriate.
